New member, heres my 1.4 CL VW Polo

Im new here so hi and Happy New year to you all

, I thought as im new i'll put some pics up of my Polo. Its a 1.4 Cl I've had it over 5 months and its been a great first car for me with no problems what so ever (touch wood

).

But as you can see from the picture someone has wacked into my mirror, I wanted to ask if anyone knew somewhere I can get another mirror with the same colour?

I've looked in scrapyards, ebay and its pretty hard to get this colour

Im not gona change any of the looks of the car.

The only plans I have for the car is to upgrade the speakers (which i have bought) and to replace the mirror.

These are the speakers I have bought, there supposed to be pretty good.

Im pondering between the new shaped Polo 1.4 sport, 2.0 Renault Clio 172 cup, skoda fabia vrs or fiesta zetec s.

There all in the same kinda price range.

Yeh the fabia as an all round car is the best. Im gona book some test drives in march i think.

How old are you?? Because with one years no claims, the insurance on them will still be pretty dam high. Especially on the clio! You'll get raped. Only one there that'll be relatively cheap is the Polo.

Same happened with my mirror. Just check ebay mate, there is a few for the mk4. You would have to get a bodyshop to spray it or do it yourself.

I'll be 20 in may, yea insurance is the killer, maybe i'll just go for another polo. The new polo's are pretty nice anyway.
