Post by HB9n »

Any ideas on where I could get a decent grille for my 9n, and what type is the best i.e. chrome, carbon fibre, de-badged etc. ???

cheers

I got mine on www.ebay.de

Its made by FK Automotive, and it was really cheap, £26 including postage.

Not bad for the price, just make sure you keep the filler for the bonnet, otherwise it doesnt look as good, in my opinion. My filler is held in with tape!

Try VAG Parts aswell, the chrome one is nice,

The chrome one, which I have on my car, definately suits the silver polos really well.

If you were serious mate, im considering selling my de-badged grille.

I might spray the old OEM grille's badge to black instead, and put that back on.

PM me if you're interested.

But it may take some time, as i probably wont get my car back from VW this side of January, and the car has the grille on it.

They also have the chrome ones too. also check out awesome-gti.co.uk
