Update on my 9N's situation,

Insurance phoned me today and said that they were happy for me to claim for the costs.

Was worrying they might declare her a write off :?

Would have just bought another 9N if she was :lol:

So now VW gotta order parts etc. then should have her back soon!

It is 2k because you are having it done at volkswagen with full price parts. But like you say it will probably be best waranty wise
