Electrical madness!

Heya guys, i wounder if any one could shed some light on this problem. On my mk5 my central locking system dont seem to be working, I think problem lies within my drivers door window and central locking controller. I can lock the car using the controller and all the locks go down but cant open it back, i have to pull it back up manually on both the passanger side and drivers side. Also my drivers door window controller is not responding, not moving one bit. The passanger side one goes down but when u press it to go up it just makes the window go back down again.. It is crazy..

anyone come across a problem like this before?

yeh a window motor and summin else to do with my central locking
