hey there,
names scott, well i have a corsa atm and i am fed up, so i have decided to save for a polo 1.4 16v, so thought i would find somewhere to get as much info as possible which i have done thanks to this site! so far 16v's seem hard to come by and if i do find one they are they are like 150k miles + so ill kep you all updated on my finds and all and if you dnt mind ill ask you all some questions when i need it. cheers

Hi and welcome to the site.

It seems they can be quite hard to get hold of.

Best advice is to keep saving and wait for the right one to come up. Be prepared to travel for the right car - and don't buy it just because you've travelled a way to see it. You don't have to buy the first one you see.

yup you'd be suprised how many advertised in "mint condition" actually look like rust buckets... as above just be patient and wait for the right one to come along
