lol thats only if you buy springs mate. Coilovers are the whole package( shocks and springs) and you can adjust the ride height, sometimes even the dampning in all. The things that will need done after the coilovers fitted will be your tracking and camber.ziyaad wrote:cheers. think i'll get em. did u fit them urself? and also are there extrs changes to be made. i've read about changing shocks as well?

Does anybody have any coilovers from German eBay?

Yes, they are. I still think you get what you pay for with those, unfortunately. The quality of them isn't said to be the best, and the damping of the shocks is meant to be far from impressive.
If I were you, I'd spend £300 on a decent suspension kit, e.g. H&R CupKit, the KW alternative, or match up a set of Bilstein shocks and Eibach springs, which is meant to be a good setup.
It all depends on how low you want to go really. The H&R kit lowers the car 60mm front, and 40 rear.
Don't be bullied into having a stupidly low ride height through using coilovers. 60mm is perfect, in my opinion.
