rite i want 2 put sum seats off a fiesta 1.6 SI into my 1.0l polo (the fiesta is a mk3 early edition according 2 my mate) , now the question is obviously can it be done? im gettin them 4 free so dnt wanna spend a fortunes 2 get them fitted! rather spend the money on suspension n wheelks than all on interior, but yeah if anyone knos please let me kno! cheers guys

I doubt they would match your original runners etc, but you can fabricate your own frame if this were the case. Thats what i done with my TT seats.

cheers dee-vub, was it a rite biaaatche 2 do or is it ok? im limited wot i can do n not like experianced with this stuff. cud i get them dun cheap somewhere u rekon?

Yeh it would be reletively easy to do. Aslong as you get the measurements etc lined up. My dad helped me with it all, but he is really experienced with all this kinda stuff.

Yeh you could get someone to do it. Wouldnt prove too expensive i would think. Ideal would be inding a mate or mates dad etc to help you out. thats the cheapest option.

erm just thought wot if i can get the origional frames 4 the seat would that help or not? i have a mate who might b breakin a fiesta so if i nab them off him, wud this make life easier or would i have 2 modify it anyway?

emmmm....maybe, the frames might be so different from the polo that the locating frame need to be bolted the actual floor of the car. Not a major prob tho. If you can get the frame that the seats sit on, then you should be fine.
