There is a GTI being broken on ebay just now and almost everything is available, even the engine. Thought I'd let everyone know :D

Just out of intrest, the bloke is selling a stubby aerial for the GTi. Did VW ever do one? or is it an aftermarket jobby? like one off say a Honda S2000

I didn't think VW did one so I think it's an after market. Could be wrong though.

I'm watching some of his stuff, I've bought off him before and he's quite good actually - packages really well & delivers fast.

I already got the engine etc from him mouse, with 38k on it.

That ariel isnt a stubby, its just a standard one with the longer part cut off. I remembered seeing it when i was at his garage and was going to bump it, but noticed it just had the end cut off

The guy is good, defo recommend him like. I really want them white RXII's!!

Mouse, what vents are you talking about??

Think he must do they're the only ones he's got aren't they.

Mouse buy them, do it & if it looks chav keep it a secret  then you'll still have yours to fall back on! At least you'll be trying something different which is always nice to see 8)

I've wondered what those ones would look like done in gloss black, ie. matched to the little bit above the dials.

Could look quite nice if done well, I think it's sooo cool when people get these ideas and try them - much better than everyone doing the same thing all the time

Cheers for that. I'm keeping an eye on a few other things, but i'm not going to pay over the olds for things.
