Hi Guys,
I live in Sussex, and we don't see snow here very often.
This morning i woke to a good few inches of snow.
Everything was fine, car started etc.
My issue was that when i first set off, i couldn't put the brake pedal to the floor, then i let off, and could put it down again.
Felt like there was snow/ice between my brake pads and discs.
All the way to work, this happened if I didn't press the brakes for a while.
Very scary !
Also, in normal conditions, if I am brakeing, and go over a bump, or crack in the road, I get a lot of travel in the brake pedal.
Like I can feel whatever my wheels are going over.
Is this all normal ?
Its had a service recently and nothing was mentioned.

We certainly had a fair bit of snow didn't we.
Luckily I had the day off, otherwise the commute would have been a nightmare, although unluckily the day off was for an operation
Sorry, no idea what the brake issue maybe. Maybve get a specialist to look at it if you are concerned? I have heard good things about Horsham Brake Services, but they may only supply parts - i'm not sure.
