Front Wiper/Washers not working, wiper stuck half way up!!

The car was all iced up this morning and i'd left the wipers half way up when I parked up last night. When scraping the windows I lifted the wipers to unstick them. When I got in the car the wipers just don't respond at all, nor does the front washer. I'd greatly appreciate any help because if it rains I'm screwed.

Fuse for the wipers might have gone - check the fuse box

Aye, just been trying to relay that over the phone to the gf as she has the car. Its pointless

I'll have to do it myself when I get home. I was thinking it might just be a fuse cos neither the washer jets nor the wipers are working. Cheers
