I just had some pizza from the local Italian place. It was very nice, and I had a bit of calzone (like an Italian cornish pasty, mixed with an inside-out pizza, not to be confused with the South American slang for underpants. I guess 2 years of A level Spanish wasn't in vain ).

Just thought i'd share this...taken fron the guardian...

Two pupils who drew a giant penis on a school lawn using weed killer two years ago can still admire their work from satellite photos now posted on the internet.

Despite the school re-seeding the area, the penis has turned up on satellite image search engines because a photo was taken before the new grass could conceal the appendage.

The unnamed pair of year 11 pupils from Bellemoor school for boys in Southampton, burned the 6-metre (20ft) phallus into the grass as an end of term joke.

Staff, parents and pupils who log on can now see the image in all its glory.

A spokeswoman for the school said: "It was just one of those high school jinks.

"This was an act of vandalism that took place during the summer of 2005. Southampton city council re-seeded the area and the grass was re-grown by the beginning of the new school term."

School days ruled!

¡Dios mio!

Lo siento, yo no entiendo tu dialecto del español. Soy tonto, y sólo hablo castellano.

I was in France once in the caravan, i was driving along on my own, and it was pretty windy, anyway, the caravan ended up on its side..... :( nothing too serious, but i had to clamber out and there was this crowd of people around me...! one of whom helped me out and looked at me really worried and asked me what i remembered from school as "Are you ok??" to which i answered, battered and torn

"tres bien merci e toi?"

Es chistoso porque nadie más lo puede entender a menos que ellos lo traduzcan en línea.
