Mate, your TDi should push out a lot more bhp & torque than mine if it's re-mapped with the exhaust & filter on :twisted:
Don't worry about the bigger wheels unless they're stupidly huge or really heavy :D

35 BHP is it safely done. U can get loads more out of with a little work. Gd start anyway tho ;)

Just wish I could get my hands on a 1.4 TDI :( :)

Aint got my polo anymore - upgraded to a Mk4 Golf 1.9 TDI PD 100bhp, so naturally i read into remaps etc.

ChippedUK - chippeduk.com quoted me £275 for remapping to 140-150bhp!!! They have outlets all over the place, and the Jayson is a really nice chap.
He said i could get more but would need a new clutch.

You dont get nearly as much power increase in the petrol engines, the biggest benefit is for the TDI PD engines...

If you go on the tuning section of uk-mkivs.net, you can get a load more info on engine remapping and Jayson from chippeduk is a member on there so you can ask him yourself about it.
