M.O.T. Tests??

Does anybody know if having no rear seats would effect your mot?

course not
a van needs an mot
2 seaters need one
cant see it being a problem as long as the spare or equivilent is stil there

Yeah thats wat i thought but just didnt know weather the car has to be registered as a van or whatever,

was just gettin para and dint really know the answer. cheers.

No problem as such, though the tester will probably make a note that they're not present.

If you put the seats back in and have an accident with someone sat in the back, you could then end up in s**t.

Yeah theres no chance the seats can go back in, theyr out for good lol. Prob should have checked 1st really :P but glad it wont make a difference.

i think the only way you'd get problems is if you have rear seats but no belts.
