I'm due to run out of my Poorboys Polish and Natty's Blue Wax soon.
I'm considering trying out some Klasse AIO for the polish stage and some P21s wax.
Does this sound like a good combo? Are there any better waxes (liquid or paste) in the P21s price range? Also, after using the AIO, will I need to add an LSP (liquid sealant protection)?
All products will be applied by hand.
Cheers, Ollie.

There's nothing wrong with Autoglym SRP. A lot of detailers swear by it. I, however, don't really like it. It creates a lot of white residue, and it's harder to buff properly. Still, it's probably the best polish which you can buy on the high street.
There's no hype about detailing, though. Have a look at Dino's or Josh's detailing threads, the results are absolutely stunning.

Definitely a good combo Ollie!
Re - Super Resign Polish....are you applying it quite thick or not leaving it to dry long enough? They are the only reasons i have found SRP to be a pain to remove.
It should be applied thinly and left long enough so it can be cleanly wiped away with a MF cloth or finger.

Well, I haven't used SRP for a while, and I probably did apply it quite thickly. I was a bit of a n00b to detailing back then, thoughdino wrote:Definitely a good combo Ollie!

Not necessarily. I haven't yet signed up to DW. I just tend to lurk on there. I'm just trying to find the best products that will give the best finish on my car.Dee-vub wrote:What are all these new products your talking about?? I really am confused!!!
Is it a good idea getting myself signed up to detailing world??
I may have to sign up on there, once I get my PC (which at this rate will be by next year

I do use a Mac
Of course I do mean the Porter Cable 7424 Random Orbit polisher.
I got around to using the AIO today, and I'm impressed by it!
I applied it very thinly by hand, and it's produced a really nice shine! I shall get some new pictures up tomorrow, when I will glaze and wax it
*EDIT* I didn't get around to doing the glaze and wax because of the rain
But the AIO beads up really nicely!
