Help with Vagcom

I have a Polo 6n2 1.4 16v and i can't access the engine and the central lock module with my vagvom. Why?

Do i need to change something on my vagcom options?

What cable did you get and what version of vag com are you using?

I bought the obd2 cable and i'm using vag. 409, but i can't access the engine.

i tryed to look on the Golf pt but i could not find anything.
