Out with the old....in with the new

Hi all

After three and a half years with my lovely Polo GTI, I've gone and done it....I've traded it in and got meself a Golf GTI!!

It was sad to hand over the Polo...generally its been a fantastic car to own and drive, although there have been times when its been really frustrating to own too (however this was mainly due to dealers rather than the car itself). Overall, though a great car to own.

This forum has also been really fantastic in being able to answer anything to do with the car....its helped me out on loads of occassions. So, cheers all, and to any new owners, you should be able to get everything you need to do with your new GTI from here!

I did the same swap, the Golf is a superb car however I still miss the Polo sometimes.

I love the Mk5 Golf GTI, it drives so well. It is a logical step up from the Polo. Might get some quotes for my Dad's so I can drive it more

Cheers 4 the responses....I'm really enjoyin the new car. However, I am missing havin the xenons though!! I knew this would happen!
