Problem with my G40 spraying out oil everywhere

I hope someone might has some idea or experianced the same problem.

The other day I was driving along and suddenly loads of smoke started coming out of the back of the car. I got it towed to a mates house for him to look at it. He thought it was to do with the crank case breather as oil was coming out of the dip stick tube. So I got some bits from pitstop to seperated it from the boost pipe.

I then tried running the car to clear out the oil from the induction system but after a couple of runs and long a industrical exstate road, its still just spraying s**t loads of oil out of the throttle body and the exhaust. Now we can figue out what it could be!

Any suggestion any one?
