How Easy Is this To change, And What Sort of Oil am i Looking At ?

The Gear box Is being a funny c**t, And i want to also Change it as i dont think it has been done in its service intervals like it Should

75w90 synthetic. had mine done the other day. I bought 5 litres and only used 2.5 litres. If you werent so far away could of sorted you out with the oil too for a few quid haha
