Bulb changing

How do I get into my passenger side rear light to change the brake light bulb? The trim doesn't want to budge and I'm scared I'll tear it or something

You won't tear it m8. On the nearside, just peel it down to reveal the light unit (on the offside turn the trim panel fasteners 90 degrees then peel the trim down; depress the lug on the unit to withdraw it. The bulbs are then accessible. The brake light is the top bulb.
