My Gti has just hit 100,000...

Which is alot as its only 6 years old!! :oops: Anyone else's Polo reached it yet?? It's still running sweet but needing the front bumper and bonnet sprayed due to the chips!! :oops: :lol:

How many gearbox's have you had?

PS. Mines 6 years old and done 63000 miles

Going by service book it's still original gear box... I've had it since 61,000 miles, just over 2 years ago!!

awesome thats good going, many on here claim 80000 is the limit for most GTI gearboxes

There's nowt in service book anyway... Maybe i should get rid of it just in case it does let go now!!! :? :lol:

Of course i love it!! :oops: 8) :D It's my first VeeDub and can see me keepin it as a second car when i've paid it off!! :D

Mine is at 96k but mines not a Gti, I wish it was :(

Lowest mileage GTI's I've seen were both on Autotrader this time last year - one on 8k and one on 11k

mine is on 116k ! and its gonna be alive for alot longer
