Lower it first then Exhaust&branches?

I've got a 2001 Polo Playa 1.8

Want to start modding it but need to know, should I lower it first, or fit a new exhaust and branches first?

lower it first bud! will be far more noticeable than an exhaust in my opinion.
then do the exhaust coz u can then see which exhausts will not give u too much trouble when lowered if u see what i mean?

my advise is lower itg first cus wen u lower it the zorst rubs on the axel on ur passenger rear wheel so u need to get ur zorst from somewear like powerflow n tel them it needs to come under the axel to stop all the rattleing cus its so anoying , and a few people here will tel u this cus they hav had the same problem as me he he
