question on fog lamps

hey all i was thinking of getting fog lamps n grilles to match and was wondering a few things:
are they hard to fit?
where is the best place to get them? (£178.73) from vag. bear in mind i live in dublin.

Here's where i got mine. The grilles and screws were extra, I think they were about €15 from Foster motors. Then I bought some pretty good bulbs for them too.

Ye you would have to - i would think you would have to purchase the fixings aswell (i think they are like £3 from VAG parts)

thanks! i have a list of stuff to get now. just bought meself the gti front grille now all i have to do is get the lower grilles, alloy wheels and the fogs. oh and is it hard to take out the switch. had a look 2day and looked awkward to get ou

turn it off push the selector in and twist to sidelights. It just pulls out then (or it should :P)

They look good too, but this seller doesn't take paypal by the looks of it, so you'll have to do a bank transfer.

To fit then properly you need to go to VW for
Screws N 013 9671 x6
Washers N 011 6644 x6
Nuts N 905 353 01 x6

Lastly if you're getting teh GTI grille you need the matching gti foglight grilles and gti lower grille (that's another €30). I originally just got the standand foglight grilles, but recently changed over to gti- they're much better looking

yea gettin the matchin gti grilles too. cheers for the list of stuff i need gonna get it all when i get paid. and im gonna try remove the button aswell

Thats Fine, as they look like the Plug is still attached, But on all 6n2's as already been proves on here, they already come with the loom on the car, just not all the cars have foggies, but the wiring is there!

Hehe I just bought them :P The wires dont even matter - as most 6n2 polos are prewired for foglights anyway :D
