HELP!!! changing interior door pulls?

recently i purchased some new chrome door pulls, lovely!
but i have absolutly no clue of how to get them in on etc.
does anyone know?? ive looked in the haynes manual but nothing.
does the door card have to come off, or is there an easier way?

I just finished getting them in my car! They look very nice, indeed.

Take a look at you haynes manual, chapter 11, section 9 ( the page marked 11.9)

Yes, you will have to remove the doorcard ( 3 screws) and then remove the old handle, just pull, and you will notice that it's connected to the cable that opens the door, which is hook shaped, just get the new chrome handle in with it and your set to go.
