Bumper Inserts

Is there anyway that i could remove the back bumper insterts without damaging the body or the insert?

does the 16v have black bumper inserts i didn know that!

the answer is yes you can remove them but depends what your putting back in there place, whether it be colour coded ones (cheap option), or smoothing the bumpers

expensive though

Nah the 16v comes with everything colour coded, its just somebody most of scratched my right side one, so i need to change it

They said back bumper inserts James, not black bumper inserts
