Headlamp removal

Hello there, we've just bought a MkV, and aside from an emission warning lamp that seems to come on intermeittently it's great.

However, some muppet didn't put the headlamp rear covers on correctly and the insides are full or rubbish and muckier than I'd like. Is there a 'how to' guide anywhere explaaining how to get them out so I can take the lenses off and clean em.

Theres one in the forum called Sidelight Replacement for 6n2 GTi. Havent got time to find the link atm, but ye just skip the bumper removal and its on from there!
