Lights, I have no idea. Sure someone can help you out with that though.

As for wheels...17's or 18's? 18's might be good if you're into off-roading, but personally I'd suggest no bigger than 16.

In a 6n2, the H7 bulbs are your dipped beams. H1 bulbs are your main beams, and W5W or 501 bulbs are your sidelights. Fog lights are also H7 bulbs.

These phillips bulbs read well - in my car I have Powerbulbs PowerBlue, and they are superb for lighting up the road.

18" wheels will not fit a 6N2, and the general consensus on here will say 17" wheels are still too big for your car. There are a lot of wheel companies out there, so don't limit it to Wolfrace, please. There's a reason why they're sold in Halfords. If you're set on some big wheels, have a look on some different websites, there's lots of variety out there. A lot of wheel manufacturers are offering wheels with black/polished colour schemes nowadays. Have a good look out there.

Here's some stuff to get you started:

I think 18's will fit Ollie, but they look ridiculous.

I've only ever seen pictures of one Polo 6N2 on 18's and they looked awfull, just like I've only ever seen one Polo 6N2 look really good on 17's and that was Jordan's.

15's and 16's are where it's at.

Thanks for correcting me, Tom 8)

Wasn't there some pictures of a Mk4 with 18" wheels on floating about?

Big wheels on small-ish car like the Polo brings the following to mind:

Mine didnt look too bad :D

Dont let everyone on the forum put you off or change your mind, do whatever you want.

I didnt regret putting 17's on and i liked them even though everyone on here hated it but hey its only a bunch of people I've never met on a forum!!
