Fitted white dials but fuel+temp gauge not workin???

Hey

As above, got a lockwood white dial kit for my 1999 polo... Fitted the dials as the instructions said... The RPM and speedometer gauges are working but the two at the top (oil temp and fuel level) have stopped working completely... ANY IDEAS WHY PLEASE?????

Id check for a loose connection. You didn't knock the needles about while putting the dials on did you? Other than that check fuses.

well sure you have to take the needles off to put them on and then replace them, Ive pushed them down as beofre but nothing??!!

BUMP! I've had the same problem as this, just i have the old style dials, and now none of my dials work! Sometimes the rev counter works, sometimes the speedo works, but for the past couple of days, nothing! This started happening when i refitted my dials - the temp and fuel gauge didn't respond at all, now none of it works!? I've checked all the fuses and sliced my fingers looking for loose connections, but nothing

any ideas guys?
