Lowering my 1.6 6N - What are my options?

Post by Nuclear_Tom »

I'll be going up to 14 or 15 inch alloys, and I also want to maintain some ride comfort! I just want to eliminate some roll and get it sittling a bit lower, although I definitely dont want it slammed...

So what suspension can I fit? Will the 6n2 GTI suspension fit?

if you're after good ride quality and not bothered abour scraping the tarmac and can afford them , Eibach springs are the way forward.

not cheap , only -30mm but worth it if comfprt is a major factor.

from my experience the Eibach Pro Kits are very good for ride comfort with the 30mm drop. If you do want to go lower than that they make the sportline kit which lowers approx 45-50 mm.
