1.0 litre Mk2 mot failure going begging

Post by Neil »

Hi my 1.0 litre mk2 just bit the dust at mot. Welding to rear subframe mounts, welding to sill at seat belt anchor, new rear shocks needed and other minor stuff ie. bulbs etc.

So it's basically not worth fixing. However it had a new exhaust 2000miles ago along with a new clutch. I also put in an interior from a Mk3 polo which is all black with a check patern on the seats, split rear seats, rear side panels, front door panels, adjustable wing mirrors and better steering wheel (one with the aluminium trim at the bottom).

The bodywork is a bit shoddy but if you want it for the spares make me an offer. I live 5 minutes from Junction 3 off the M42. You can call me on 07980 015109.

Cheers Neil

If I can't get rid of the whole car then sure I'll sell the interior.

let me know your email address and I'll try and take some pictures this weekend.

Cheers
