Are smoked tail lights legal?

I'm too poor to buy black lexus lights

are the smoked one road legal?

depending on the % of tint, i do believe they are legal BUT.. the reflector can't be tinted. i may bewrong but someone was elling some on ebay and the reflector couldn't be tinted and the lights weren't too dark as he said it wasn't legal..

so not to dark and no reflector tinting..

i agree with that too, they do look poop, but i suppose i kinda have them. i have LED ones but they dont look as crap lol
