my damn exhaust has come loose.

Sees like its gonna do this at least once a month.

evertime its between the downpipe and the system.

think I need to invest in a flexi join like dan said.

I wanna get a new exhaust.

Have you not complained about it ? They need a flexi especially on a stainless system. Theres too much engine kick for them to cope other wise. Hence the exhuast coming loose or knocking when you floor it.

I suppose I should complain really. It's much louder than I thought it would be. They said that by removing the centre box it wouldnt noticably make that much difference. He said that it is "18% difference in volume which isnt very much".

That and the fact that it keeps coming loose is grounds for complaint. They cant even say that its because it isnt 'proffesionally' fitted because the first time it went on, I got Powerflow to fit it (as I also needed new rear hanging brackets welding to the car) and have a recept for over Â£50 for the priveledge...

Maybe I should spend a little time writing Motex an e-mail.
