just going to the paint shop........any ideas?

just got a 97 dragon green 16v,1st dub for a while.

since i've bought my car more and more questions keep popping in my head. booked the car in the paint shop for 2 weeks time.gonna get a bit of the car resprayed, gotta sort out some scratches. while its there gonna clean up a few things, its been debadged & the strips from the side have gone. gonna get the handles done, also wanna respray the strips from the roof. sure i've seen these replacement strips some where on here, cant find em. the ones you can spray....any ideas?

also just realised someone has removed the seal from under the aerial base unit. looks pretty crap like this. anyone know of a way of making this look tidy, guessing fitting a new base would be hard work. toying with the idea of getting the hole filled and smoothed.................no radio though

any help would be great. also any ideas i'm missing before it goes in the shop?

depending on how handy you are with the wiring, you could put the arial inside the car, that way you could use a larger coil. one suggestion could be to put it under the roof lining, or you could get a tv amplified tv arial that runs off a AA battery like the ones that they have in caravans and stick it in the boot.
