Im a massive fan of the gumball but..................this is too far

just imagine if it was your parents/grandparents???

They should go down for a long time, over there too where I assume they will suffer a little more.

Just my opinions

Oh well, it looks like it's bye bye to the Gumball then. And good riddance.

I can't believe the audacity of the drivers to think that they can just leave the country.

Bloody rich morons.

Think it's important to remember that Gumball 3000 is not resposible for this them selves and can not be blamed for the stupidity of the crew and car entered in to it.

Accidents happen whether we like them or not. However you also have to remember media hype and question which facts are relevant/true.

Guardian actually have more interesting information.

idiots for those two who left the scene, they should know better.

I hope they prove if he was speeding, and I hope the drivers gets what they deserve.

completely wrecked a few people's lives. well done

completely wrecked a few people's lives. well done
Does it actually say anywhere what exactly happened?

Not that I'm wanting to defend anyone. More to the point that it could actually have been completely innocent. Say tyre blow out. But because of what we've seen some of the drivers from the gumball do we assume it's their fault.

This is what really frustrates me about media as that you do not get the complete details straight away if ever at all.

I know what you mean, but that's why I wrote "prove if he was speeding"

we'll never get the full story, however it's definitely wrecked some lives and if it's their fault I hope they get what they deserve, that's all. why would you run away to the border if you weren't a little bit guilty? no-one will ever know I guess.

and they definitely were idiots for leaving the scene.

I understand what you mean. under no circumstances (unless proven eye witness) do you EVER get the full story. You do have to remain kinda on the fence in that respect.

On the other hand.... we all know what is involved in the Gumball( High Speed, Fast Cars, Late Nights, Alcohol (not talking dring driving but still in their systems)and accisents) with this in mind it is very difficult to remain 'on the fence'

I just hope, no matter how it happens, that they act accordingly. if they were guilt then they deserve everything they get. If it turns out they are not and it was an 'accident' then deal with it in a different way.

most hit and runs are "accidents" doesnt make them innocent though! far from it! you definately have to be a certain type of person to think "I hit them, s**t i'm going to jail, run" rather than "oh my god! what did i just do? are they ok?"

I mean accident as in blow out like mentioned above. beyond driver control type of thing.

That is true. First reaction would be to almost freeze and not be able to move. Then call for help. The Guardian article does say tho that they stayed until the ambulance left. Then told police at the border (which is where they were going)

Conflicting info isnt helping really.
