can any1 tell me how to take out rear windows?

need to remove the glass from rear doors [5 door] got as far as taking off the door card then that black foam stuff is like glued on, any1 tell me what to do?

use a stanley knife to cut the glue which holds the foam on
then the foam should come off but afta that im stumped
to get at the glue pull the edge gently and its black and cut that

Dont cut the foam - it just pulls away. Its a reselable glue

Just pull it from the corner. It will just peel away bit by bit
