in addition the tyre width is 205, aspect ratio is 55 and load index of 91 das wat im unsure about will they rub? are there any other tyres dat would fit fine and allow me to lower without rubbing? fanxxxxxxxxxxxx

alloys help needed!
my mate wants to sell his alloys but offered them to me b4 they went onto ebay...unfortunately he knows nothing and in unsure if theyre alrite they are 16" in diameter 6.5J wide with an offset of 42. im pretty sure dat would fit a mk4 right?

the original tyre size is whats on your car now but just use 185/55/14
and you can check tyre prices and sizes here

you could use 205/40/16 which are cheaper but you may have rubbing problems.

www.blackcircles.com are good too. just got 4 195/50/15 goodyear eagle f1s fitted for 193 quid. bargain!
