1995 1.6gl cylinder head torque settings

Hello , could anybody tell me the cylinder head torque settings for a 1995 1.6gl vw polo please.

Just made the effort to go hunt for it. Seems my mum had 'tidied' up a bit.

Anyway from how I read it the 1.6 engine code is either AEA or AEE, which should have a cast iron cylinder head, please check yours to make sure I've read it properly.

Stage 1 = 40 Nm or 30 lb/f
Stage 2 = 60 Nm or 44 lb/f
Stage 3 = Angle tighten a further 90Â°
Stage 4 = Angle tighten a further 90Â°

If it is an aluminium cylinder head then:

Stage 1 = 30 Nm or 22 lb/f
Stage 2 = Angle tighten a further 90Â°
Stage 3 = Angle tighten a further 90Â°
