Engine Problem

i have a 1.4 8v and it started acting strange last night
due to being in plaster for 2 weeks the car has been left standing
but i was drivin again last night when the car was very rough and jerky
only when i had my foot on the throttle and belos 2500 revs
it also idles rough
any ideas?

probably just some damp in the distributor cap, time to try the wd40 trick - spray it in the cap and clean it up.
