Finally...

Post by Randall »

Hey All,

I am finally sorting out some bits for my car apart from cleaning stuff Woo Hoo! Its been a long time since ive actually done something with the car so heres whats happening

1. Ordered some new terminal screws for my sub (those who remember n those that dont - Vibe BlackAir II 15")
2. Ordered me a Box for my sub
3. Ordered some gold banana plugs

So hopefully with the help of my mate (dab hand @ tuning amps) i should have this in the car for GTI INTERS

4. The car needs a full clean up shortly too

Then at the end of the month if all goes well i shall have ordered me a HID conversion kit (thanks to alex for sorting out the discounts/GB) and then in a couple of months time a orbital car polisher if the price is right

I canni wait

Nice one Rich, be good to hear some sounds coming from your car instead of just seeing the kit in it :D

You can finally see/hear mine then as well.

Well im trying to wash my car (but it keeps bloody raining) as GTI INTERS is nearly on the door step and stood back for a few seconds and had a thought or two (yes im sat down so i wont hurt myself)

If i got my ass into gear and tidied up all the lil digs n bits on my polo e.g. de-swirlled, filled bonnet recess, resprayed front n rear bumper etc i could potentially have a very nice vehicle. So lets start with the front

anyone notice any differences while we got a pic up?! (its something ive had laying around for a bloody long time but have never got round to it)

Looking good now you've finally got it on Rich, the plans sounds good too. Even if it's only the recess you get done.

2. Biletma dual head orbital polisher (i think thats how its spelt)

All the details are on DW forum

Alex - This is one of the original aero wiper conversion kits. 2 x Front offside wiper arms from a Lupo/9n and the blades

There are kits which make it alot easier now 8)

Yeah, I'll be getting the Ultimate Detailing Machine soon, I think it's £99 for the basic kit; bargain!

The Biltema's pretty good too 8)
