No the Gti and 16v certainly aren't. I'd definately have one, or the Colour Concept. I love the centre exit exhaust on them and the 6 speed 'box in the Gti.

I had a dream the other night I swapped my Polo for a Lupo GTi.

I'd like to have a drive of one, especially with a 6-speed gearbox, but I don't think I could live with one everyday.

where i was working today/yesterday there was 2 either side of the house i was working on, they look better than the 'normal' lupo.

they will be 'done up' with just lowering and will look amazing i think

I think the Gti's look quite 'hardcore' especially with a couple of mods.

I like the little Lupo GTI's

They're tidy cars, and VW put a lot more effort into the car over the 6N2 GTI.

If I were to have one, the colour would have to either be Raven Blue, or the Anthracite Grey, but they're a bit rare.

What tempted me is that they are a little more reliable, quicker and they look just as good. The problem I had was that the boot was too small (its too small in the Polo anyway lol) and I didn't like the cheap door cars it has

Sold 9N > bought a Smart Roadster > realised what I did > got a Lupo GTI > loving it - it's now a weekend car only and will hopefully stay mine for many years to come...

They seem to be rarer so I'd expect to see them more expensive. Check Autotrader out.

They seem to fetch more than the Polo's, but then they also went up to something like an 03 plate.
