ANYONE WHO HAS A FULL SIZE SPARE WHEEL IN THEIR POLO GTI 9N3 (must specifically be this model) DO ME A FAVOUR?
GET ME THE TYRE SIZE AND DIMENSIONS, E.G. 175X70X14 ETC

They dont have a spare. . . .
Why bother putting one in, its just more weight.
any Polo wheel would do, its jsut a temp wheel and if it wont clear the front brakes just put it on the rear and the rear on the front. . . .

someone mentioned they had one, and i just wanna know the dimensions thats all
i would rather have a wheel in than rubbishy foam, iv got just under 220 bhp, so pulling the extra weight should not be too much of a problem haha

the late gti's have them in as in after jan 2007
i questioned this cos i was gonna trade mine in for a anniversary golf
then look in the boot of a polo gti and there was a spare!!

I mentioned i had a spare which was a total surprise to me when I picked it up (end of Jan 07)
Thanks KC for clarifying as I thought I had got some special deal, now it turns out its standard.
Still rather have the spare than the foam (I feel a lot happier with it)
