CAR battery problem

I got a problem with my battery. Last week i cannot start my car, i go and recharge my car battery and added the battery water. After that, it works for only a week. Yesterday, I cannot start again, the battery is flatten or what? Do you guys know what is the problem?

i went to halford and they told me the battery is ok, just need to recharge. I did recharge but it finish in one week time.
I just do my normal driving and installed a kenwood HU and a cigg lighter spliter ( 1 to 4)

Help me please

HU might be draining the battery. You may want to invest in a no maintenance high amp battery something for a diesel for example. Batteries do this with age where they dont hold a charge

Is your alternator charging correctly? It might be charging enough to keep the battery dash light out but not a lot more. Or maybe something like Alex said, the headunit or something else draining the battery.
