missing aerial antenna

well the radio function of my cd player has never worked (got the car 2nd hand) and finally got around to whipping it out today thinking it may just be a wire come out or something, and theres no aerial wire!
I full on looked down the back can't see it anywhere! v. strange. Any ideas?

Check if its there at the antenna. Haynes tells you how to remove the roof lining enough to check there. It then runs along the right side of the roof and down the 'A' pillar into the dash area.
