Front Speakers

Just wondering if anyone knows the correct size for the front speakers in my polo 1.4 1997 model. i wam wanting to replace them, without having to chop into my plastic boarder as i like it looking standard, and neat able to sell on after my use.

hey,

i think the size of the front door speakers are about 6.5 inch

Yeah thats correct 6.5 inch or 17-17.5 cm for the door speakers. The tweeters are in the dash, I think they're 1.5-2 inches from memory, but just take them out and measure them. They have specific mountings.

cheers guys. yer i seen the tweeters. iv already unplugged them. they rattle to omuch when i turn my music up
