Spraying tips

Hi guys, I have a primed spolier to fit to my polo and was wondering what the process was of spraying it was? I just want to double check.... How many layers of paint and lacquer?

Another question, would adhesive be enough to hold on a spoiler? Because I dont wanna be driving along at 70MPH with it flying off the back lol :shock:

When I sprayed my spitter I used about 4 or so layers or primer, then about a can and a half of paint (probably about another 4 layers then a can of laquer which was probably 2 layers.

Not sure about sticking it on but I'm pretty sure strong adhesive should do it.

make sure between layers you wet sand using a fine grade paper to ensure a nice smooth finish 8)
