Engine Conversion help

Hi. i have a Mk3 polo fox coupe 1043cc and i was wondering how hard it is to fit a 1.3GT engine into mine. ive herd all you need is the engine, gearbox and maybe the electrics.

You need all the electrics (ECU, Wirin ect etc)
I don't know how the English law works, but what do you need to do to drive legaly with an other engine ???

Overhere there are not that many problems, but our German neighbours just can't swap the engine. The have to do some more mods
What I would do to be on the safe side, use the German regulations (?)
They, if they do the swap, need to adapt the brakes (GT brakes are better) and the rear axcle to (has a build in stabi)

One other thing you need to replace are the fuelpumps, The GT has pumps with a larger capacity
One thing I'm not sure about is the drivetrain, correct me if I'm wrong these are different to ??
