Replacing suspension componants

Post by Bryony84 »

I was told last week that I needed replacement top mounts at the front of my GTi, ordered them from vw and not sure I've got the right bits, has anyone got a diagram of the suspension so I could check?

I think maybe I've just got the rubber bit, its the one that has 3 holes for bolting on to the body of the car and the hole in the middle for the top of the damper to bolt into.

Righty ho - back to vw then, lol. They are starting to recognise me as the girl with 'that polo' in there now! Been in twice this week for headlight adjusting and to pick up the parts.
