my cd player isnt coming on at all why!!!!!

Check the wires but first check the fuses - theres a fuse for the cd player if i remember correctly :)

is it the fuse in the engine bay or below the steering colum

lol I didn't mean that. I meant have you got power to the radio in general ie does the radio work and not the CD changer (theres like 5 fuses that can be related to the audio system :P)

awwww sorry its an alpine headunit and no power what soever doesnt even turn on but yet my capacitor does

Ahh its your ignition power. its a common fault! - its fuse 18 or something like that.

Its one of the fuses with the engine power spark on it - mate of mine had exactly same problem the other day.

Im having a similar problem - but i checked my ignition fuse and it was fine! as were the other fuses - very confused - any ideas?

Found it!!! Was fuse 16 (5amp) it was for the Central Electrics?! System Working Great Again Now!
