bumpers??

does ne1 no or has ne1 done it, put mk5 front and rear bumpers on a mk4? is a straight fit or some work required? ne help would be great

it has been done and it aint a staright fit , wings need to be welded to right shape ect.

Depending on how you do it i guess... you could cut them and attach them to 8 valve bumpers. Thats what i think ahs been done many times with the front bumper. Thats sure as hell what i plan to do cos it looks smaaaaart.

But its not straight forward like the above dude says. Get a pic up of both cars from the side and zoom in on the back. The panels are in different places. Though you should in theory with a steady and a dash of skill be able to modify the rear to fit piece of cake. In theory... I think...

Just get a 16v bumper it looks just as neat and is easier to put on lol.
