Alarm Fitters

Post by Golfather »

Hi,

Can anyone reccommend a decent, reputable alarm fitter?
A CAT1 Alarm is available, but it seems fitting is two-thirds the price of a regular "supply and fit" device.

I've been quoted $200 (pound sign not working!!) for a Clifford Arrow 5 fitted, or $235 for a GT263.

I'll grab the cheaper alarm which IS CAT1 if reasonable fitting can be achieved.

Bedfordshire area preferred.

Thx.

this is normal for fitting because it is a skilled trade. Remember the alarm is only as good as the installation. Pick up a copy of Redline and they'll be a few big name suppliers that do national fitting (toad and GAP are 2 of them)

Hope that helps

it's rapidly becoming apparent!

i'll check the magazines and may just go for a Toad or Clifford (supply and fit), and put the Scorpion back on ebay.

Thanks guys.
