new armrest

chris has given me the armrest he bought o try in my 9n before i buy one....problem is he's left me to fit it on my own...and i'm the most unpractical person ever with things like this, if theres a hard way its my way!

so i was wondering if anyone has fitted one of these and could give me a guide as to how to fit it remembering how useless i am!!!?!

i didnt like it as it wobbles and just didnt have the time to try and fix it!
also didnt come with any instructions!
